Application patterns
Application patterns are feasible in almost any conceivable design and
combination.

Dot application
Precise defined dots are applied homogeneously or in determined patterns.
Bead application

Single or multiple beads in various sizes and arrangements are coated continuously.

Spray application
Especially designed and aligned air ducts asure a precise adhesive application during the spraying process.
Contour application
The coating of endless 3D objects, e.g. wire, bars and tubes, can be realized very accurate with especially designed contour applicators.
Stamp application
Precisely defined coating patterns with coated and glue free zones.
Rotation technology
Findespun or dot-patterns are coated on the substrate with one ore several rotating nozzle plates, without an air supplying device. The result is a permeable adhesive application which even fixes grainy substrates like active carbon perfectly.
Broad application
Precisely defined, homogeneous broad application of adhesives, in contact or "curtain-coating"-mode, realized by INATEC slot-dies.
Stripe application
Defined stripes are coated with INATEC slot-dies in contact to the substrate. All kind of stripe patterns are realized by shims integrated in the die.
Intermittend stripe application
Precisly defined application with INATEC slot-dies in direct contact to the substrate. All kind of stripe patterns up to a coating width of 3000 mm are realized by shims integrated in the die.
